Hello Children,

We are coming to the end of the first half of the Summer Term and have now been home learning for seven whole weeks! All your teachers and learning support assistants want to say a ‘big thank you’ to all of you for your hard work and enthusiasm in keeping up with your learning. It has been fantastic to see the photographs, the film clips, the art work and the written pieces that you have been sending in. It is not only wonderful to hear you, but also to see your faces and know that you are keeping well and safe.  We understand how much you are missing seeing your friends and we are missing being together in our Malpas Park Family. We would like to celebrate how proud we are of you by creating an area in our school grounds to remind us all of how resilient and brave the pupils of 2020 are becoming.

We are inviting you to decorate a pebble with a design of your choice. The school will ensure that each pebble is varnished in order to preserve the paint or felt pen. You will need to add your name on to the back of your design and deliver it to school by posting it through the railings on to the grass next to the school carpark gates.

(Adults: Please comply with current lockdown restrictions: supervise your child if they are present, observe social distancing if others are there at the same time and combine the journey to school with either a daily walk or an essential car journey.)

Please be aware that Monday 25th May - Friday 29th May 2020 is half term and there will be no learning organised for you by your teachers.  Enjoy the sunshine, decorate a pebble but most importantly…. Stay Safe !
