Yearly  Calendar 2020/2021

Programme of Events 2020-2021

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Below I have outlined the events that are currently set in the school diary; you
will note that they are sadly much reduced in comparison to our usual Autumn
Term. We are very much missing the opportunity to invite our families into
school to share in special occasions, such as the Harvest Festival, the
Remembrance Service and the delightful craziness of our Christmas celebrations.
This is not to say that we do not have ideas in mind that will enable us to share
such events with the pupils in their Contact Groups if the situation at the time
makes it possible. We will be doing our very best at all times to make sure the
children do not miss out too much throughout the term whilst also keeping
everyone at school, safe.

We will very much need your support in this and your understanding that some
statutory duties, such as the parental consultation evenings, will need to be
organised differently in order that there is opportunity for all. Please be prepared
to receive notifications by email or via Class Dojo of events that we are able to
schedule in addition to those outlined below or we may need to make
amendments.

As you can appreciate, the situation is ever-changing which makes it tricky to
plan too far in advance. Therefore, I have only provided you with the Programme
of Events for the Autumn Term at this point.

Take care everyone.

Kind regards,
Kate Guest
